List a Database's Connections
List the applications connected to a database. A connection gives one app one database through one of its users: the app gets {PREFIX}DB_HOST, DB_PORT, DB_NAME, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD and DATABASE_URL in the chosen environment. Create and remove connections with Connect / Disconnect. Requires Databases read.
The database POST /v1/applications/{uuid}/database creates is connected to its app like any other (no prefix). An older per-app database not moved onto a connection has none; GET /v1/databases/{uuid} lists its app in connected_apps with legacy: true.
